  I recently updated a plugin on my WordPress site, and now some of the functionality is broken. How can I troubleshoot the issue? Is it possible to revert to the previous version of the plugin?

    If you have the right backup, that’s certainly possible. Otherwise, contact the maker if old versions are not offered on the site you (bought and) downloaded it from.
